Florida Southern College does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, marital status, disability, sex (in compliance with Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972), national and ethnic origin, or handicap (in compliance with Section 504 of the 1973 rehabilitation Act), in its admission and employment policies, its educational, financial aid, athletic, and other college programs and admits all of its students to the rights, privileges, and activities generally accorded or available to students of the College.
Transcript from high schools where graduate and each college attended are required from all who have not earned a bachelor's degree (except for those auditing courses and for those who have an approved transient student form signed by the appropriate official of another college). College graduates must have a transcript forwarded from the institution where the bachelor's degree was earned. The applicant is responsible for having all required transcripts sent to the director of admissions. Admission as a summer school student in no way guarantees admission as a full time student. If at a future date full-time admission is desired, the admission office should be contacted.
If accepted, I agree to be governed by all the college rules and regulations, including the prompt payment of financial obligations.
